GENERAL
__________- You need to be at least 13 to commission me.
- You have to credit me at all times.
- I reserve myself the right to use art for you as examples of my work.
- You can always print and use my art in a non-profit way (ex. badges, posters).
- You cannot remove my watermark from my artwork in order to hide who the artist is or any other reason.
- You can't make profit of off my art without my consent and additional fees.
- If you'd prefer to be tagged as the owner of the character drawn on my social media - let me know!

PAYMENT
__________- The account you’re paying with must be yours or your parent’s who agreed of such payment.
- A quote is valid for a period of 4 weeks, even if I raise my prices during that time.
- I accept PayPal and Revolut (Bank transfer and BLIK are possible for Polish customers).
- I won't start work on anything paid for by bank transfer until it clears!
- Payment up-front or after the sketch approval preffered.
- Commission must be fully paid in order for me to progress past lineart stage.
- My prices are in USD and are non-negotiable.
- PLN prices are reserved for Polish customers only.
- Tips are very welcome!

PROCESS
__________- I finish most of my commission works within 2 or 3 weeks after put into the “In progress” tab on my public Trello queue, but if anything comes up I will let you know and/or announce it on my social media!
- In extreme situations, I reserve myself the right to finish a commission in maximum 1 year.
- You can follow my process on Trello
- I do provide Work in Progress pictures (sometimes excessively)
- Don't be afraid to contact me at any time during the commission process!

EDITS
__________- If you're not happy with your finished commission - please let me know! I'd rather try to fix it than send you off with something you’re unhappy with. Whether or not I charge extra (if it's my mistake, I won't) depending on how much work needs to be done.
- Any changes to the linework above the coloring stage are charged extra depending on complexity.
- After I finish a commision I keep .sai files 1 week from then. During that 1 week period I will allow three simple edits, any more are additionally feed.
- You can't edit my artwork without my permission.

REFUNDS
__________- I do not refund anything approved above the sketch stage.
- Sketch commissions are non-refundable!
- I give myself the right to re-use the sketch or the idea itself for an YCH (Your Character Here) after the refund is finalised.

CHARACTER SALES
__________- All character sales are final and non-refundable. You are free to trade or re-sell the character.
- You are not allowed to re-sell the character for more than you've bought it for, unless you've got and/or drawn them extra art.
- You are allowed to make minor changes to the character bought off of me, but if you’re planning to majorly change the design you have to contact me about it.
